NVS Recruitment 2014 – 38 Staff Nurse, Catering Asst, Lab Attendant Posts: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), Patna has released notification for recruitment of the Staff Nurse (Female), Catering Assistant and Lab Attendant posts on direct recruitment basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas under Patna Region located in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. 1.Staff Nurse (Female): 07 Posts
2. Catering Assistant: 06 Posts
3. Lab Attendant: 25 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-35 years for Post No.1 & 2 and between 18-30 years for Post No.3 as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed Sr Secondary Examination or equivalent and Grade A Diploma/certificate in Nursing from recognized institution for Post No.1, Secondary School pass and three years diploma in Catering or equivalent for Post No.2 and Middle pass with General Science for Post No.3.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written test, interview and trade test.

Application Fees: Candidates have to pay the non refundable fee of Rs.500/- by demand draft in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office Patna payable at State Bank of India, Boring Road Branch (Code No. 01435), Patna (Bihar). No fee for SC/ ST/ Female/ Ex-servicemen & physically handicapped candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with demand draft, attested photocopies of date of birth, SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH certificate, Diploma/ Degree certificate, two recent passport size photograph,etc., enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the post of ____ and category ____ “, should reach to Deputy Commissioner Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Opposite A.N.
