Age Limit: Candidates age should be 21 to 33 years as on January 2014 (5 years relaxation for SC/ ST).

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PG/ Diploma in Rural Development from reputed university, Fluency in local languages (in Khasi / Garo language) for S.No. 1 & 3 Posts, PG/ Diploma in Mass Communication from a reputed university, Fluency in local languages (in Khasi / Garo language) for S.No. 2 Posts.
