Age limit: Candidates age must be below 60 years as on 31-12-2013, upper age limit will be relaxed in case of experienced candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation degree in Social Science/ Geography/ Social Works (MSW)/ Science/ Engineering/ Management/ Public Relation/ Mass Communication/ Disaster Management.
