Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 40 years for post 1, 5, 55 years for Posts 2 to 4, 45 years for Post 6, 7 as on 01-10-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines from any University for post 1, GNM Nursing from recognized Institution for post 2, ANM/ Female Health worker course for post 3, 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry for Post 4, Degree with B.Com for Post 5, registered B.Pharma/ D. Pharma/ GNM/ B.Sc Nursing for post 6 and Matric from recognized board for post 7.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 200/- from the Office of District Health & Family Welfare Society Civil Surgeon, Karnal from 14-12-2013 to 19-12-2013 from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with relevant testimonials, certificates (attested) and two recent passport size photographs, One photograph should be pasted on right hand top corner at the space provided in the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied for should be sent to Health & Family Welfare Society, Karnal on or before 20-12-2013.
