Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 26 years as on 29-11-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess full-time degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum first class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE. Final year students are also eligible to apply for the post.

Selection Process: Candidates would be short-listed category-wise for Personal Interview based on their marks obtained in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2014.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates should register themselves through the website www.gate.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014 from 02-09-2013 to 01-10-2013 and appear for GATE-2014. On registration, unique GATE 2014 registration number would be generated, which has to be used for applying to MDL. The Candidates will have to apply through the MDL Online Recruitment System between 15-10-2013 and 29-11-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed SSC or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognised by the Govt. and must have passed the “National Apprenticeship Certificate Examination in the Trade of ‘Draughtsman’ in Mechanical Stream conducted by NCVT of the Directorate General of Employment & Training for Post No.1, SSC/ HSC with full time D. Pharm/ B. Pharrm from any Govt. recognized University for Post No.2, SSC/ HSC with full time three years Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Marine/Electrical Engineering for Post No.3, 4 & 5 . Application Fee: Candidates belonging to OBC & General categories should submit Demand Draft of Rs.100/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Mazagon Dock Limited, payable in Mumbai towards processing fee. No fee will be charged from SC, ST , PWD & Exservicemen candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in interview and trade test.
