Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is 35 years for Assistant Professor and Non Teaching Posts as on 17-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Recognized veterinary qualifications included in the first and second schedule in Indian Veterinary Council Act; 1984 & must be registered with a State Veterinary Council/ Veterinary Council of India, B.V.Sc & A.H, Master degree in the concerned discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade for Teaching Posts; Intermediate/ Graduation in Science/ Agriculture Science for Non Teaching Posts with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.750/- (Rs.350/- for SC/ ST) for Non Teaching posts and Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ ST) for Teaching posts in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favor of Comptroller, SVP University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut payable at Meerut.

How to Apply: Interested candidates need to send applications in the prescribed format along with all required certificates, bank draft, two self addressed envelope with stamp of Rs.39/- affixed must be enclosed in the envelope so as to reach Registrar, SVP University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut by registered post on or before 17-06-2013. Original Certificates must be produced at the time of interview.
