Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 21- 42 years for the Post No. 1 to 8 and 18-32 years for the Post No. 9 to 11 as on 01-04-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be Trained Graduate in Arts/ Commerce for Post No.1, Trained Graduate in Science with combination of PCM for Post No.2, Trained Graduate in Science with combination of CBZ in Biotechnology for Post No.3, Intermediate or +2 Arts/ Commerce/ Science with CT with Odisha as subject in HSC Exam for Post No. 4 & 5, Graduate with Hindi as an optional subject or having minimum qualification of Matric with Kovida or equivalent with Odia up to HSC Exam for Post No.6, Graduate with Sanskrit as a subject at Degree level or Sastri ( Except Ayurved & Jyotis) or any other Qualification equivalent other to for Post No.7, Matriculation or equivalent with C.P.E.D for Pos tno.8, +2/ Intermediate with DCA/ PGDCA for Post No.9, VIII th Class for Post No. 10 & 11.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview and computer written examination and computer skill test will be conducted for Clerk post.
 
Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one Hundred only) in the form of bank draft payable at SBI Sambalpur in favour of District Welfare Officer, Sambalpur for the candidates other than ST/SC.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format with all the details as given in notification along with attested copies of xerox copies of certificates and self addressed stamped envelope (RS.5/-) of Size 11cmX 25 cms and bank draft, by super scribing the top of the  cover containing the application with the “category & name of the post applied for and the notification no 707/SSD Dt 11-04-2013″, to The District Welfare Officer, Sambalpur, Pin 76801 by registered post only so as to reach on or before 30-04-2013 up to 05:00 P M.
