6. Engineer (Electrical): 02 posts
7. Senior Sports Officer: 01 post
8. Sports Officer: 03 posts
9. Counsellor: 06 posts
10. Assistant Registrar: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit for the posts Sr. No. 1 & 2 are 55 years, 3 & 7 are 50 years, 4 is 45 years, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 10 are 40 years. Relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess postgraduate degree or its equivalent for Sr. No. 1 post, Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation or its equivalent for Sr .No. 2 posts, Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information science/ Documentation or an equivalent professional degree or its equivalent for Sr. No. 3 posts, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent for Sr. No. 4, 5 & 6 posts,  Master’s degree in Physical Education from a recognized university or equivalent for Sr. No. 7 & 8 posts, Masters degree in Psychology with specialization in clinical / social psychology for Sr .No. 9 posts & postgraduate degree or equivalent for Sr. No. 10 posts.

Application Forms: Prescribed application form may be downloaded from the Institute website www.iitkgp.ac.in/topfiles/non_teaching_top.php. The same may also be obtained from the Office of the Assistant Registrar, E-III, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur – 721302.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the interview/written / screening test.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed format as shown in the notification or can be downloaded from the Institute website www.iitkgp.ac.in/topfiles/non_teaching_top.php. Fill the form of application, affix latest photograph and attach attested copies of all educational, age, caste and technical qualification certificates must be sent to the Assistant Registrar, E-III, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur – 721 302 latest by 12-04- 2013.
