Age Limit: Candidates must have minimum 28 years as on 01-03-2013. Age relaxation is valid as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess M.Sc. in Nanotechnology or M.Sc. in Physical/ Inorganic Chemistry or Physics with minimum 55% marks (NET qualified preferred) or B.Tech. in Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation (preferably with a valid GATE score).

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess M.Sc. in Physics with atleast 55% marks and at least one publication in SCI journal or 1^st class B.Tech in Ceramics/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering for Sr. Project Fellow; and M.Sc in Physics with minimum 55% marks or B.Tech/ B.E in Engineering and having valid GATE score or NET (Engineering) Score for Project Fellow.
