Age Limit: Candidates age must be 34 Years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Power Plant Engineering with BOE Certificate (First Class Proficiency) issued by State Boiler Inspection Authorities.
Application Fee: Demand Draft for Rs.500/- as examination fee for General and OBC Candidates (Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST candidates) should be drawn in favor of SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, payable at State Bank of India, Burnpur Branch (Branch Code-0049) and also having relevant experience.
Selection process: Selection process will be done through Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online from 25-02-2013 to 16-03-2013 through SAIL’s website www.sail.co.in. After applying online candidates must download the system generated Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details with space for passport size photograph & signature. The Original Registration Slip, is to be sent to DGM (Personnel-OD), SAIL, IISCO Steel Plant, 7, The Ridge, Burnpur-713325 along with DD, age, Caste, Educational, brief resume must be sent by super scribing on the envelope as “Application for the Post of Assistant Manager” so as to reach latest by 15-03-2013.

1. Log on to www.sail.co.in and select the ‘Careers with SAIL’ link to open the list of ongoing notifications in SAIL.
2. Select the link ISP under SAIL CADRE on the left hand side of the page.
