OPSC Jobs 2013 – Apply Online for Anaesthetist Posts: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has issued notification for the recruitment of 02 Posts of Anaesthetists (in the rank of Assistant  Surgeon) in Class-I  Junior (Group-A) under Health and Family Welfare Department. OPSC Vacancy Details:

Name of the Post: Anaesthetists
Age Limit: Candidate should have below 32 years and above 21 years as on 01-08-2012.Age relaxation is applicable as per govt rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess M.B.B.S Degree and M.D. in Anaesthesiology.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Challan of Rs.200/- (SC/ST of Odiha only are exempted from payment of this fee). Payment can be made in any of State Bank of India (SBI) branches along with the print out of online Challan which will be generated after submission of online application.
Selection Procedure: Selection can be done on the basis of career assessment and Viva Voce.
How to Apply: Candidates may apply online through the website www.opsconline.gov.in from 12-01-2013 to 12-02-2013. After completion of online application take printout of the application, along with all relevant documents & Challan form with super scribing on the envelope “Application for the Post of Anaesthetists” and should be send by Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier Service to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001 on or before 19-02-2013.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.opsconline.gov.in website.
2. Select the ‘Apply Online’ link besides the desired post.
3. Read all the declaration and warning columns carefully, enter the Security Code and select ‘I agree to all terms & conditions stated above and in the Advt. & click on I want to Apply, link.
4. Fill all marked details carefully, select the Examination zone.
5. Upload scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression at the places provided and click on ‘Submit’ button
6. Take print out of application form and payment Challan and make payment as per details mentioned above.
7. After submission of Online Application send the print out of application form, along with all relevant documents as given above.

Last Date for Online Application: 12-02-2013
Last Date for Receipt of Application Fee: 14-02-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 19-02-2013.
