Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess Ph. D. degree in the concerned / allied /
relevant discipline for Sr. No. 1 post, Masters or equivalent or M.Phil
in any subject for Sr. No. 2 posts, Bachelor degree in any discipline
followed by a bachelor degree in library and information science for Sr.
No. 3 posts, Graduate in any subject along with diploma in computer
operation for Sr. No. 4 posts, VIII pass for Sr. No. 5 posts, Master’s
degree or equivalent for Sr. No. 6, 7 posts & Master’s degree in
Library Science / Information Science / Documentation for Sr. No. 8
posts.
Application Fee:
Application Fee must be paid in the form of Demand draft of Rs.500/- (US
$50.00 for Indian citizen staying outside) drawn in favor of “The
Registrar, Jadavpur University” payable at kolkata.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
How to Apply:
Candidates have to apply in prescribed format which can be downloaded
from through the website www.jaduniv.edu.in/recruit.php. Complete
application forms (One original and 07 copies of the duly filled-in
application forms/all enclosures including self attested copies of the
testimonials are to be submitted in single copy each.) have to be
submitted either by post under certificate of posting, preferably by
registered post to the ‘Registrar, Jadavpur University, Aurobindo
Bhavan, 188, Raja S.C. Mallick Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700032’ or in
person to the ‘Information office’ on all working days within 11.00 a.m.
to 4.00 p.m on or before 04-03-2013.
