I. Pay Band – I Grade Pay Rs.2800/2400/-:
1. Hockey Women: 02 posts
II. Pay Band – I Grade Pay Rs.2000/1900/-:
2. Hockey Women: 04 posts
III. Pay Band – I Grade Pay Rs.1800/-:
3. Hockey Women: 05 posts
4. FootBall Men: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18-25 years as on 01-07-2013. No age Relaxations will be allowed.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Graduation or equivalent for GP Rs.2800/-, Matriculation or its equivalent with 80 words per minute in Short hand (English) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be transcribed in typing in 65 minutes for GP Rs.2400/-, Pass in matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board for GP Rs. 1900 & 2000/- and Pass in 10th standard or ITI or equivalent from recognized board for GP Rs.1800/- & Applicant should be currently an active player and should have fulfilled the sports achievements on or after 01.04.2010.

Application Fee: Unreserved/OBC candidates must pay Rs.60/- for GP Rs.2400 & Rs.2800, Rs.40/- for GP Rs.1800, 1900, 2000/- as application fee in the form of Indian Postal Order/Bank Draft drawn in favor of FA&CAO, Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, Payable at Chittaranjan. Please refer notification for Fee relaxations.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Trail Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in a prescribed format as shown in the notification or can be downloaded from the website www.clw.indianrailways.gov.in.  Fill the application, affix passport size photograph, submit one additional copy of the same self attested photograph and enclose gazette attested copies in proof of age, Sports achievements, educational qualification, DD/IPO, super scribe the envelope as “Application against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) Recruitment for the year 2012-13” should reach to the Chief Personnel Officer, GM’s Building/CLW, P.O.-Chittaranjan, Distt.-Burdwan, Pin-713331 (W.B).
