Age Limit: Candidates
age must be 40 years for Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, posts, 35 years for Sr. No. 4,
6 posts, 45 years for Sr. No. 5 posts, 30 years for Sr. No. 7 posts, 18
to 27 years for Sr. No. 8 posts, 25 years for Sr. No. 9 posts. Age
Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University &
Certificate/ Diploma in Orientation & Mobility from a recognized
Indian/Foreign Institution for Sr. No. 2 posts, Master’s Degree from
recognized University with not less than 50% marks and M.Ed. Special
Education (V.I.) for Sr. No. 3 posts, second class Master Degree in one
of Social Sciences for Sr. No. 4 posts, Intermediate or equivalent &
Diploma in Nursing for Sr. No. 5 posts, Graduate Degree from a
recognized University, Knowledge of Standard English and Bharti Braille
for Sr. No. 6 posts, Matriculation or equivalent & Trade Certificate
in light Engineering for Sr. No. 7 posts, 12th class pass or equivalent
from a recognized Board or University for Sr. No. 8 posts,
Matriculation or equivalent for Sr. No. 9 posts, Matriculation or an
equivalent examination & Typing speed 30 words per minute in English
for Sr. No. 10 posts, High School or equivalent for Sr. No. 11 posts.
Application Fee:
Unreserved Candidates must pay Rs.200/- & SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman
Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as application fee in the form of Bank
Draft drawn in favor of The Director, NIVH payable at Dehradun. No fee
for PH Candidates.
