JIPMER Puducherry Recruitment 2013 – 55 Faculty & GDMO Posts: Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry has issued notification for the recruitment of 55 Faculty & GDMO Posts in Various Departments of the Institute. 1. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): 04 Posts

Age limit: Candidates age should not exceed 58 years for professor post, 50 years for Asst Professor Post and 35 years for GDMO post as on closing date. Age relaxation is extended as per the government rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS/ MD/ MS/ MDS/ DM/ M.Ch/ Masters Degree in respective discipline from MCI with desired experience as per the post. For post wise details refer to the notification.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee for General and OBC Candidates  Rs. 500/- and Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates in the form of DD drawn in favor of Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Puducherry payable at State Bank of India, JIPMER Branch, Puducherry-06 (code-2238).

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test/ Personal Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates can download the prescribed application format from the website www.jipmer.edu.in & www.jipmer.edu and fill all the details, attach photo, attest signature and send along with all relevant documents and DD to the Director, Danvanthri Nagar Post, JIPMER, Puducherry – 605 006 on or before 11-03-2013. A soft copy of the application including the “Brief of the Candidate” in a CD should also be submitted along with the application.
