IGIMS Recruitment 2013 – 53 Faulty & Senior Resident Posts: Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) has issued notification against recruitment of 53 Professor, Asst Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Resident, Lady Medical Officer Posts in different departments of Medical College. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form on or before 30-01-2013. IGIMS Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 53
Name of the Post:
1. Professor: 04 Posts
2. Associate Professor: 12 Posts
3. Assistant Professor: 14 Posts
4. Senior Residents: 23 Posts
5. Lady Medical Officer

Age Limit: Candidates should have an upper age limit of maximum up to 50 years for faculty posts & 35 years for Senior Resident post. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess P.G. of MD/ MS/ M.D.S in specialization of concerned department or equivalent Medical specialty and should be registered with Central/State Medical Council with relevant experience for all posts.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay Rs.500/- for all others and Rs.125/- for SC/ST candidates payable at Patna in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, IGIMS, Patna.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can  download the application format from the web site  www.igims.org . Fill all the details in that form completely, affix photo and send along with self attested photocopies of certificates/ testimonials, DD in a closed envelope with super scribing on the top of the envelope in bold letter “Advt. No. and name of the post and department” should  be sent by registered/ speed post/ Currier to the Director, IGIMS, Sheikhpura, Patna-14 (Bihar) on or before 30-01-2013.
