Age Limit: Candidate should have above 21 years and below 38 years as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must possess Veterinary Science Degree from any Indian or
Foreign University and should have permanent registration at Medical
Council.
Application Fee:
Application fee is Rs.30/- for Madya Pradesh SC, ST, OBC, PHC candidates
& Rs.60/- for all other categories and others of Madya Pradesh
state. Candidates also need to pay Rs.30/- for postal charges. Applicant
should pay fee by KIOSK/ Net Banking (SBI or Union Bank)/ Credit card
or Debit card.
Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of written test, interview.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may apply through online from www.mppsc.nic.in website on or
before 09-11-2012. Fill application with complete details. After
completion of online submission take printout of the application form
and send along with DD, enclosures and with Rs.6/- stamped two envelopes
to the Madya Pradesh Public Services Commission, Residency Area,
Indore-452001 on or before 24-11-2012.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.mppsc.nic.in website
2. Before filling the application scan passport size photograph and signature of the candidate.
3. Upload the scanned photograph and sign.
4. Fill application form without fail and submit.
5. After submitting the application form POP UP Window may opened. In this window candidate may get their application number and take printout of that copy.
6. Printout of the application form along with enclosures should be send to the above given address.
