Age Limit: Candidates age must not be below 18 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess HSC or equivalent and passed ANM examination conducted by Odisha State Nursing and Midwives Board.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of marks and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for walk in interview and register at on the date of interview from 10 AM to 1.30 PM and bring their biodata form along with original documents, one set of self signed photo copy of the documents, two recent passport size photographs at the Conference Hall of District Headquarters Hospital, Balangir on 09-11-2012 at 10 AM.
