1. Librarian Grade II – 01 Post
2. Library Assistant – 05 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate should have 19-25 years as on 01-11-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matric with Diploma in library science for Librarian Post and Matric with certificate in library science for Library Assistant Post.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 225/- (SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women/ Ex-servicemen are exempted). The Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ESIC Saving Account Number II” payable at Mumbai only on any nationalized / scheduled bank.

Selection Process: Selection can be done on the basis of written test and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form, fill it with given mandatory details, affix recent passport size photograph on it and enclose relevant documents, DD form should be sent by post in a closed envelope with super scribing the “Application for the Post of Librarian Grade-II or Application for the Post of Library Assistant” to the Regional Director, E.S.I. Corporation, Regional Office, 108, N.M.Joshi Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400 013 on or before 01-11-2012.
