1. Anesthetist Assistant: 01 post
2. Operation Theatre Technician: 01 post
3. Pharmacist: 01 post
4. Basic Health Worker/Health Worker (Male): 06 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 30 years. (Relaxable for Govt. Servant upto 5 years).

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Graduate in Science subject (B.Sc.), Diploma in operation Theatre Technician course for Anesthetist Assistant post, Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution, Registration from Pharmacy Council of any State for Pharmacist post and for remaining posts candidate should refer the notification .

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form given in the notification, fill it completely and affix passport size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer giving full details regarding Educational and other Qualification, Date of Birth, Experience etc. accompanied with attested copies of each certificate so as to reach the office of the Director, Directorate of Medical & Health Services, Primary Health Centre, Moti Daman – 396 220 on or before 07-11-2012.
