TPSC Recruitment 2012 – 60 TCS/TPS Vacancies:
Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) will be conducting Competitive
Examination for recruitment of 60 Tripura Civil Service (TCS) Grade-II
& Tripura Police Service (TPS) Grade-II, (Group-A) Gazetted posts.
In this regard TPSC has issued a notification inviting applications in
prescribed format on or before 05-10-2012. Other details like age limit,
educational qualification, application fee details, selection process
and how to apply are given below…
TPSC Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 60
Names of Posts:
1. TCS Grade II – 35 vacancies
2. TPS Grade II – 25 vacancies
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 21 years and 40 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-09-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from recognized University.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 200/- for General candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST/PWD/BPL card holders for Group A. Fee can be paid according to the mode of obtaining the application form.
i) If Application Form obtained through Branches/Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in the State of Tripura, the fee must be deposited through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C.
ii) If Application is downloaded from website the prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test/Physical Fitness Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website www.tpsc.gov.in or at Branches/Extension counters of TPSC, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and submit it along with payment receipt, Admit Card, self addressed envelope and copies of all relevant certificates, at Reception Counter of TPSC Secretariat by 05.00 pm on or before 05-10-2012.
