Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 40 years. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess PG Degree or Diploma in relevant specialty.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and submit it along with full Bio Data and copies of certificates, at the following address, Medical Superintendent, Room No. 331, IIIrd Floor, Admn.
