Age Limit: Candidates must not be born before 01-07-1978. Cutoff date for determining age limit must be 01-03-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Power Plant Engineering with BOE Certificate.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, payable at State Bank of India, Burnpur Branch (Branch Code-0049).
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview and/or Written Test (if number of applicants is large).
How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online for the posts on or before 08-09-2012. After submission of application candidates need to download the Registration Slip and send it by post on or before 15-09-2012.

2. Select the link ISP under SAIL CADRE on the left hand side of the page.
3. Select the desired post link under ‘IISCO Steel Plant Jobs’ to access through the advertisement and apply for the post.
4. Click on ‘Apply Now’ link to apply for the post Online.
5. Fill all marked details carefully in Part I and II of application and click on ‘Submit’ button.
6. Take print of Payment Challan and make payment at any branch of SBI as per instructions given above.
7. Revisit the website using email id and password; enter the Payment Details and upload the photograph and signature at the places provided.
8. Submit the application and take print of Registration Slip and send it to DGM(Personnel-OD), SAIL, IISCO Steel Plant, 7, The Ridge, Burnpur-713325.
9. Don’t forget to attach photograph, attest signature and attach all relevant documents and super sribe the name of the post on the envelope before sending.
