Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 29 years. Candidates born before 01-07-1983 are not eligible. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-07-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for Technical posts must possess Engineering Degree in concerned discipline and those applying for Non Technical posts must possess PG Degree/Diploma/MBA/LLB, or equivalent. For more details refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Challan downloaded from website. Payment must be made at any branch of SBI. Additional amount of Rs. 50/- needs to be paid towards Bank Charges. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE score and Personal Interview for Technical posts and Written Examination and Personal Interview for Non Technical posts.

How to Apply: Candidates must apply online only on or before 26-09-2012 for desired post. After submission of online application candidates must take print out of application and send it to HEC Ltd, Post Bag No.- 8, General Post Office, Kolkata- Pin- 700001 on or before 03-10-2012 along with challan and copies of relevant certificates. Super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and attach photograph on the form.

Instructions for Online Application: 
1. Log on to www.hecltd.com and select the ‘Jobs’ link for starting the application process.
2. Select the Download Bank Challan link, download Challan and make the payment of fee as per details given above.
3. Revisit the Bank’s website and this time select Apply Online for Executive Trainees (ETs) link.
4. Fill all marked details carefully, check once for errors and click on ‘Submit’ button.
5. Take print of Application Form and send it as per details given above.
