Power Grid Corporation of India limited, (Northern Region) issued
notification for filling up of 160 Field Engineer and Field Supervisor
posts on contract basis for execution of NOFN consultancy Project in the
state of Andhra Pradesh. Eligible candidates can apply in a prescribed

Total No. of Vacancies: 160
Name of the Posts:
1. Field Engineer: 52 posts
2. Field Supervisor: 108 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age must have 29 years as on 28-02-2013. Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/AMIE in Electronics and
Communication Engg discipline for Field Engineer posts, Diploma in
Engineering in Electronics and Communication discipline for Field
Supervisor posts from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum
55% marks.
Application Fee:
Candidates must pay Rs. 200/- for Field Engineer posts and Rs. 100/- for
Field Supervisor posts as application fee in the form of Demand Draft
of State Bank of India drawn in favor of “Power Grid Corporation of
India Limited” payable at Hyderabad. No fee for SC/ PWD/Ex-Serviceman.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personnel Interview.
