Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 33 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pass outs in 10 Class or ITI or equivalent from a recognized Educational Institution/Board.
Application Fee Details: Unreserved and OBC applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 40/- in form of Demand Draft / Bank Draft from any Nationalized Bank, or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favour of “Asst Personnel Officer (Recruitment) RRC N E Railways” payable at Gorakhpur. SC/ST/Women/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Classes/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Original document verification and Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe ‘Application For Group ‘D’ Posts – North Eastern Railway’ on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment) Railway Recruitment Cell, North Eastern Railway Headquarters, CCM’s Annexe Building, Railway Road No. 14, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273 012 on or before 10-09-2012 by ordinary post.
