Name of the Post: Clerk
Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 45 years. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules).
Education Qualification: Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized University and Possesses a speed of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi for typewriting with knowledge of Computer Application related to office work (Word Processing, Electronics Spreadsheet).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in test/ interview.
Application Form: Application Form Can be Obtained from website or from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Recruitment Branch, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-171005 on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash or by sending Indian Postal Orders of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-171005 payable at Shimla accompanied by self-addressed envelope of 10×7 inch size with postage stamps worth Rs. 10/- affixed on it.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. 75/- for SC / ST / OBC / BPL-Antodya candidates) in the form of Indian Postal Order(s) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-171005 payable at Shimla. Ex-Service men candidates are exempted from paying fee. Candidates applying on downloaded application forms are required to pay additional fee as cost of application form Rs. 100/-.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send filled application form along with DD & photocopies of relevant documents by post on or before 11-10-2013 & 28-10-2013 for far flung areas to Deputy Registrar, Recruitment Branch, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla-171005.
