Age Limit: Candidates applying for MIS cum Field coordinator, Area Hospital Accountant DEO, SNCU and DEO, IDSP should have below 35 years age as on dt. 05-02-2013.Age relaxations will be extended as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess General Nursing and Midwifery for Sr. No. 1, 2 posts, H.S.C Examination for Sr. No. 3, 10, 11 posts, + 2 Science D.M.L.T from AICTE for Sr. No. 4, 5 posts, Commerce graduate/ Any Graduate having PGDCA/DCA/MCA/BCA for Sr. No. 6, 7, 8, 9 posts, MBBS Degree for Sr. No. 12 posts & D.Pharma for Sr. No. 13 posts. Prescribed qualifications from recognized universities/ Institutions are only accepted.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates have to apply through prescribed application format as shown in the notification or can be downloaded from the website www.jharsuguda.nic.in. Fill the application, affix Two copies of passport size color attested photographs, 02 self addressed envelope size 4.5”x9.5” (with registered postage stamp) and attested copies of all relevant documents in supporting to age, caste, residence, mark sheets/certificates and all other documents must be sent by super scribing the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope to CDMO, Jharsuguda, AT/PO/Dist- Jharsuguda on or before 18-02-2013.
