Names of Posts:
1. Consultant – PC & PNDT: 01 post
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 45 years as on 31-12-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess PG Degree/Diploma in Health Management or Rural Management or Master in Social Work or Law Graduate for Consultant posts and PG or Higher qualification in Public Health /Community Health/ Social Welfare/ Social Science/ Rural Development/ Rural Management from AICTE Recognized Institute for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer posts.

Application Fee Details: General candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- whereas candidates of SC/ST categories need to pay Rs. 200 and BC/EBC candidates need to pay RS. 300/-. Fee must be paid in the form of Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring “State Health Society, Bihar”.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.

Fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, “To the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Sheikhpura, Patna-800014 on or before 14-02-2013 by speed/registered post.
