Age Limit: General Candidates age must be 37 years, 40 years for BC/ EBC/ Unreserved women, and 42 years for SC/ST candidates as on 01-08-2012.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Law graduation from a recognized university.

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to SC/ST of Bihar State must pay Rs.75 + Rs.50 (Total Rs. 125/-) and remaining all must pay Rs.300 + Rs.50 (Total Rs.350/-) as application fee + Bank Charges in the form of prescribed challan in SBI Bank. Candidates can download the Challan from http://bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed format which can be downloaded from the notification/ website http://bpsc.bih.nic.in and fill it with necessary details, affix self attested photograph, enclose necessary documentary proofs in support of age, caste, educational and technical qualification certificates, Copy of Challan and 3 self addressed envelopes with 25-25 stamped and send it by super scribing the name of the post to be applied to the Controller of Examinations, Bihar Public Service Commission, 15, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg (Belly Road), Patna-800001 by speed post/registered post on or before 08-03-2013.
