Name of the Post: Geologist (Group-B)
Age Limit: Candidate should have under 32 years and above 21 years as on 01-08-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess M.Sc in Geology or Applied Geology/ Diploma in Applied Geology/ PG Degree in Geology.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.200/- (SC/ ST of Odisha only are exempted). Payment of requisite fee at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) on or before 14-11-2012.
Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of written test/ viva voce test.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through online from http://opsconline.gov.in. website. After completion of online apply, Candidates are required to send the Printout/Hard copy of the Online Application Form along with specified documents/ certificates etc along with OPSC copy of challan should be send by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier Service with super scribing on the envelope “Application for the Post of Geologist”, to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K.
