Age Limit: Candidate should have 33 years for all posts, except for the post of Hospital Administration is 36 years as on 05-12-2012. (Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Govt. Rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess M.A/ M.Sc with Ph.D/ M.D/ M.S/ DNB/ Ph.D in relevant disciplines and must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
Application Fee: SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- towards application fee and all other candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-. Fee must be paid at any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The account No. of PGIMER for recruitment is 32211613319.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written exam, departmental assessment test and interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online for the desired post from 07-11-2012 to 03-12-2012. After submission of offline application candidates need to pay application fee. After fee payment the candidate should submit the offline application form along with copies of certificates duly attested by the gazetted officer and copy of Challan form must be sent through registered post/ speed post to the Assistant Administrative Officer (Recruitment Cell), PGIMER, Sector-12, Chandigarh 160 012 on or before 05-12-2012.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.pgimer.nic.in and select the ‘Vacancies’ link to start the application process.
2. Candidate should fill all the fields of the form carefully. No field should be left blank.
3. After filling application form the candidate should take out a print of challan form (Triplicate) and deposit the application fee in any State Bank of India branch.
4. After fee payment the candidate should submit the offline application and take print out of application.
5. The application and one copy of challan should be sent to the above mentioned addressed.
